It is week 2 and I am still a little confused to the new use of technology in my world. This week was about the rules and the appropriate use of internet while surfing.

Week 2. Introduction to the Internet and issues in Media and Technology

Cooperative Learning Groups Activities: Define and  give examples -

• Netiquette, Internet vs. World Wide Web
• Digital Native vs. Digital Immigrant

 Define and give  examples  of the following words

• Asynchronous vs. Synchronous Communication
• Google Search, Advance Search and Bookmarking
• Creative Commons, Open Educational Resources and Fair Use
• Viruses, Malware and Antivirus

Conclusion
This weeks course has been very informative. It made me very aware of how I should conduct myself when surfing the internet. This weeks course made so aware of how much I am a digital immigrant but by the end of this course I will be a digital native.
